By accessing or using apex-gi.com (the "Site"), operated by Gochez Industries ("APEX," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
APEX products are sold strictly for research purposes only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human consumption. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you represent that you understand this and are solely responsible for how the product is used. Consult your physician before starting any new peptide or wellness protocol, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. Payment is processed securely at checkout; by submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Monthly subscription plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term lock-in and may be paused or canceled at any time from your member dashboard, with no cancellation fees. Annual plans are billed annually at a discounted rate; if canceled mid-cycle, the unused portion is refunded on a prorated basis.
If you cancel within 14 days of your first shipment and are unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund on that shipment.
Returns and refunds outside of the subscription terms above are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product formulations, and the AQASOME NPC™ technology name — is the property of Gochez Industries / APEX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with normal operation of the Site, reselling products without authorization, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APEX and Gochez Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@apex-gi.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
